A quite place, perfect for few days stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are regular, WiFi is good. The place is not too far from Frankfurt, and it is easy to find a parking place near the hotel.

Super noisy pub music all night long, you can hear it extremely clear from your room. we request for refund because we can't sleep AT ALL. no action taken, staffs there only say i cannot do anything. So if you don't want to spoil your holiday, don't stay here.

Don’t stay at this hotel!!!!! Don’t stay here!!!! You can get better hotel with the same or lower price !!! Extremely noisy, loud pub music can hear clearly from our room 215 until 4.30am!!!! You know until 4.30am!!!!!! We can’t sleep because the pub music is extremely loud!!!! many guests complain about this in the morning!!!! We even saw broken glasses, blood stain and super dirty at breakfast place!!!! We booked for 4 nights and only stay for one night, immediate check out the next day after found out this hotel is so terrible!!!! They refused to refund us the money!!! I never book a hotel that can’t allow guest to sleep at night!!! And the receptionist said I’m just a worker and can’t do anything!!!! Stay away from this hotel, not professional hotel! Not responsible hotel! We leave after staying one night, and they refused to refund for another 3 nights!!!! It’s the hotel fault and guest need to pay for another €280 extra without staying at hotel!! Don’t book this hotel!!! Don’t stay this hotel!!!! This is the worst hotel !!!!

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly. As about food, breakfasts are really tasty but unfortunately, it is all the same. I've been here for a week in September and for another 5 days in December and every day the same breakfast was served.

Nice small hotel. Nice staff. Restraunt offers Pizzas and limited menus. Buffet breakfast is also good. Parking is a ristriction.

Summer weekend in Frankfurt. This time we had a room overlooking the huge terrace - beautiful views and the name of the place makes so much sense. Great service, we asked for additional towels (used the local lido) and pillows - nothing was a problem. Haven't had breakfast this time but remembering it fondly, variety of fresh fruit and yoghurt, great continental breakfast. Very quiet place to stay and still close enough to all transport links of the city of Frankfurt. That the restaurant is closed really doesn't matter, there are some really good options just a little up the hill, easily to be reached on foot.

although I had a nice room and the atmosphere and view here is very nice, I had a really horrible experience here. I accidentally left some items of clothing in the wardrobe. When I called the hotel back a few hours later to say I could come and collect them, they told me I should send an email. I did this that night and the next day I called again and they told me nothing had been found and tried to say I must have left them somewhere. Seeing as this was the only place I stayed or unpacked it was impossible. I can't believe that the staff would steal from paying customers, even cleaning staff. Absolutely disgusting behaviour (as if they were punishing me for being in a rush). <br/>Also they say there is a restaurant, but it is never open. So if you arrive late you will have to go out to find food.

A quiet place to rest after a long day. The rooms are comfortable. The WiFi is not great though. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is highly recommended. The food is fresh and the options are nice. The historic clock in the reception is quite intriguing. Its an original from a church that was bombed during the war. It has been preserved well.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and we slept well in it. We arrived on Thursday and the hotel was not very full. Breakfast was good. Coffee was very weak on the first morning but someone did a better brew for the week end. The hotel is close to a pharmacy and two bakeries, a pretty good grocery store that carried everything possible. The reception of the Schöne Aussicht are very sweet and all speak a bit of English and helped me with my German. We would stay there again.

Nice location with super view over Frankfurt, staff was very nice, the room was super clean and with nice little details that made our experience even better. Bathroom has a window, very good if you want fresh air. In the restaurant we got a very tasty german wine. We will for sure book this hotel again if we travel to Frankfurt.

Nice friendly staff, lovely views, unfortunately the front undergoing some building work. Tight for parking. Rooms small but adequate, bathroom w shower small, so not for extra large people. Lift handy. Dinner/restaurant area pleasant, food menu good but not seasoned enough. For short stays perfectly fine.
